We look at how easy your product is to implement, navigate, and use, providing our thoughts along the way. If we have questions or something isn’t clear, we’ll also look at how easy it is to get help using the resources available.
Who's Environment is Used for the Review?
Excellent question! You can choose from one of the options below.
- Our server. You provide the software and license (if required).
- Your server. You provide us login credentials.
- 3rd party DEMO instance. You provide the URL to spin up an instance of your software.
Note: We recommend providing a license if there are parts of your solution that we can only review after adding a license key. If you’re concerned about handing out free software, you are welcome to limit the license to our test domain (sandbox.influencewp.com).

How Quickly Are the Recordings Performed?
Great question! We’ll try our best to record your video on the same day the order was placed, but we kindly ask you to allow us 1–3 business days, as sometimes life can get in the way.
Are the Recordings Available to the Public?
Nope! While the first look videos we record for our partners are viewable by the public, these recordings are for your eyes only.
Can I Download My Recording?
You bet! You’ll receive a link to your video, and we encourage you to download it, as we will remove videos older than 14 days.
Can I Get My Product Reviewed for Free?
Absolutely! You can request a FREE Partner Membership, which includes a first look video (product review) for no additional cost.
If you would like additional product reviews, you can purchase them as needed.
