What is the anticipated reach of the IWP Black Friday campaign?
As this is the first Black Friday campaign using our current setup, we don’t have historical campaign data to provide a reliable reach estimate. This campaign will establish a baseline for future campaigns.
Listing analytics will be available in your account throughout the campaign, giving you clear visibility into performance and helping inform planning for future Black Friday campaigns.
Do we have access to analytics for our listings?
Yes. You can view your listing analytics at any time.
- Analytics include Views, Unique Views, Referrers, and Button Clicks.
- Analytics are refreshed every hour.
- Analytics start rolling over after 1 year.
- We make best efforts to reduce noise and provide clean stats.
Can you elaborate on "Featured Visibility"?
Let’s say there are 20 listings for WordPress form plugins under different plans (Basic, Featured, and Promoted).
If someone is on the Black Friday page seeking a deal on a form plugin, here’s how that might shake out, with all filters being equal (discount amount, offer duration, etc.).
- Basic: Listings under this plan would not have special badging and would appear below Featured listings.
- Featured: Listings under this plan would have special badging, appear above Basic listings, and appear below Promoted listings.
- Promoted: Listings under this plan would have special badging and appear above both Basic and Featured listings.
Something to keep in mind is there are only 6 Promoted spots, so the Featured spots are very coveted.
Featured listings also appear on the InfluenceWP homepage, and they remain there until newer listings come along and start to push them out. This benefit is the same as the Homepage Presence perk, but we list them separately so the perks are clear.
What's the "Spotlight Series" feature?
Each Promoted listing will receive the following.
- A dedicated video on the InfluenceWP YouTube channel, spotlighting the offer and whatever other information we find valuable to share.
- A dedicated post on the InfluenceWP social channels, spotlighting the offer and whatever other information we find valuable to share.
- A dedicated edition within the InfluenceWP newsletter.
Why is a subscription the only purchase option?
We thought carefully about this, weighing the pros and cons of offering subscriptions rather than, say, a limited-time package. Ultimately, we decided that a subscription model was the best fit.
- As you know, subscriptions offer the convenience of not having to sign up each year.
- Our platform allows you to upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time.
- You’ll receive advance notice before your subscription renews, giving you time to cancel if you wish.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time, including immediately after signing up.
What happens if we cancel our subscription?
Your listing will remain in place through the Black Friday period. It will not be active the following year, unless you renew your subscription.
Will our listing still be available for future Black Friday campaigns?
Yes. Your listings stay in your account, so you can edit and republish them later without starting over.
What happens to our listing when our offer reaches its expiration date?
Your listing will no longer be visible on the front end. You can still access your listings from your account if you wish to extend the date.
