Hi, I'm the guy behind InfluenceWP.
From 1997 to 2019, I worked through the Information Technology ranks, from an IT helpdesk intern to interim CIO of a high-frequency trading company, and then ran my IT consulting firm.
I began my journey with WordPress at the beginning of 2014 when many of my IT clients sought help building a website. At the time, I also dabbled with a tool named ‘PageLines,’ but it became clear that WordPress was the way forward.
My WordPress agency was officially formed in 2016, and I slowly began to phase out my IT consulting business, which shuttered in 2019.
The rest, as they say, is history. I’ve since run a successful niche WordPress-based business alongside the agency. Both are doing well today.
