B2B Suite for WooCommerce is built for stores that sell to trade buyers, not only retail customers.

It replaces a stack of wholesale add-ons with one plugin that covers group pricing, hidden prices, registration, company accounts, net terms, and quoting. Most wholesale tools stop at a price field. This suite treats the buyer as a company: several people, shared history, credit limits, and prices that stay the same from the shop to checkout. Rules live in their own tables, and orders remain ordinary WooCommerce orders.

Pricing runs through one resolver. A group, customer, company, category, or accepted quote sets the price, and the amount shown is the amount paid. Percentage, amount-off, and fixed prices can apply shop-wide or per product, with quantity breaks on top.

Guests and unapproved buyers can be kept off trade prices, including in structured data and the Store API. New accounts arrive through a registration form with real business fields and an approval queue, so a buyer can be assigned to a group before any price is visible.

Repeat orders do not have to go through the catalogue. Buyers can add lines by SKU, live search, or a pasted CSV, with totals updating as they type. Quotes stay on the order: a basket, a negotiation thread, per-line prices, and then one click to a real order.
Company accounts let one organization share a login structure without sharing one password. Sub-users get roles, spend limits, and an approval step before checkout, with order history shared across the team. Net terms sit beside that: an invoice gateway, per-company credit limits, statements, and a ledger that tracks what is owed.

Tax handling matches how trade buyers actually buy. EU VAT numbers can be checked through VIES at registration, reverse charges can be applied, and groups can be tax exempt at checkout. Private catalogues, minimum and pack quantities, reorder lists, purchase-order numbers, and role-gated payment and shipping round out the storefront.

The plugin is compatible with WordPress, WooCommerce, high-performance order storage, Cart and Checkout Blocks, WPML, Polylang, and multi-currency setups. Groups and price rules can be imported from B2BKing or Wholesale Suite, with a preview before anything is written. There is no add-on maze: the tier you choose includes the features in that tier.
